1U colocation includes 0.2 Amps, 2U includes 0.5 Amps, and 4U includes 1.0 Amps. All plans include A+B diverse power feeds with on-site backup generators to ensure continuous operation in case of grid power failure. If you need additional power, please contact our sales team for custom configurations.
All colocation plans include a 1Gbps network port as standard, connected to our 10Gbps core network. Your servers can burst to full port potential at any time with no restrictions. You also receive 5TB monthly bandwidth, 3 usable IPv4 addresses, and IPv6 allocation. For higher bandwidth requirements, 10Gbps port upgrades are available for £75/month.
All colocation services include escorted access to the facility for security purposes. Simply contact us to schedule access, and our team will escort you to your rack. We also provide 24/7 remote hands service, so our experienced team can perform tasks on your behalf if you cannot visit the facility.
Remote hands is available 24/7 on all colocation plans and charged at £90 per 30 minutes. Our highly experienced team can perform tasks such as server reboots, cable management, hardware installation, LED status checks, and other physical tasks on your equipment. This service is invaluable for emergencies or when you cannot physically access the facility.
